Welcome to Texas Notary 360. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our notary services, including in-person notarizations, Remote Online Notarization (RON), and mobile notary services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
In-Person Notarization: Traditional notary services performed at our office location at 13201 Northwest Fwy Suite 800-43 Houston, TX 77040.
Remote Online Notarization (RON): Secure video-based notarization services conducted via our approved platform, Proof.com, in compliance with Texas state law.
Mobile Notary Services: On-site notarization at your preferred location within our service areas in the Greater Houston area.
Loan Signing Services: Specialized notarization for real estate transactions, mortgage closings, and title company partnerships.

You will receive a confirmation email and SMS reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
For mobile notary services, please provide accurate address information and any special access instructions at the time of booking.
Same-day appointments are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and priority rebooking at no additional charge.
Valid Identification: You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID) at the time of notarization.
Document Preparation: All documents must be complete and ready for signature. We cannot notarize incomplete documents or documents with blank spaces that will be filled in later.
Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind, acting willingly, and not under duress or undue influence.
Language Understanding: You must understand the contents of the document being notarized. Translation services are not provided.
For RON Services: You must have a reliable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and be in a well-lit, quiet environment.
Our RON services are conducted via Proof.com, a secure, state-approved platform that complies with Texas Government Code Chapter 406.
Technical Requirements:
Recording and Storage:
All RON sessions are recorded and stored securely for a minimum of 5 years as required by Texas law. These recordings are confidential and will only be released pursuant to a court order or as otherwise required by law.
Identity Verification: RON sessions include credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication to verify your identity in compliance with state regulations.
Texas Notary 360 provides notarization services as an impartial witness. We do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or determine the legal effect of any document.

All content on the Texas Notary 360 website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Texas Notary 360 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
